Overview
What is Accommodation & Tenancy support?
Accommodation and Tenancy Support helps NDIS participants find, secure and maintain suitable housing. This can include help with housing searches, rental applications, tenancy agreements and understanding your responsibilities as a tenant.
The housing market can be overwhelming. We make it easier by working through each step with you, and our support continues after you move in, so you can settle into your new home with confidence.
What’s included
How we support your housing journey
01
Individualised Housing Search
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We work with you to identify:
Location preferences
Staying close to family, doctors and your community.
Accessibility needs
Ensuring the home has the right modifications for your mobility.
Budgeting
Finding a home that fits within your NDIS plan and personal income.
02
Application & Documentation Assistance
The paperwork involved in securing a home is extensive. We help with:
Preparing applications
Helping you put your best foot forward with landlords and agencies.
Tenancy agreements
Explaining your rights and responsibilities in plain English, so you know exactly what you are signing.
Rental history
Supporting you to build a positive profile for future housing opportunities.
03
Ongoing Tenancy Management
Once you have moved in, our job isn’t over. We continue to help with:
Utility setup
Connecting electricity, water and internet services.
Rent management
Showing you how to automate payments and manage your household budget.

Helping you communicate with landlords or body corporates when repairs are needed.
