We regularly hire disability support workers, personal care assistants and community support workers. We also bring on support coordinators and admin staff as the team grows.
Do I need experience to apply?
Not always. Experience in disability, aged care or community services helps, but we also welcome caring, reliable people who are new to the sector and ready to learn.
What checks and qualifications do I need?
You'll need a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR, and the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module. A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability is a plus, and a driver's licence and car are often required.
Are the shifts flexible?
Yes. We offer a range of shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends, and we work with you to find hours that suit your availability.
Will I get training and support?
Yes. Every new team member gets an induction and ongoing training, and has a supportive team to call on whenever they need guidance.
